Refund and Returns Policy

We use a print-on-on-demand company, Printful, to fulfill your orders. This allows us not to have to keep inventory on hand or to get distracted from our primary goal: building a more accessible WordPress through software and services.
Our Refund and Return Policy is set by Printful’s Return Policy. Here’s a short explanation:
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.
- All returns must be sent to Printful’s return address. Do not ship returns to Equalize Digital.
- Printful does not accept any returns for buyers’ remorse, wrong sizing, etc. They only accept returns if they have misprinted an item.
Unless Printful has made an error, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered.
We appreciate your understanding that this shop is offered for fun and entertainment, not because we’re a clothing and accessories retailer.
