Where do you ship to?

Our fulfillment company ships worldwide; however, there are some countries they cannot ship to because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. See countries we cannot ship to.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Products are created for you when your order is received. Creating a product and fulfilling an order takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.

How can I learn more about shipping times and pricing?

Please visit the Printful website for estimated shipping times and rates by region and product type. You can also see shipping rates if you add a product to your cart.

How can I track my order?

You should see tracking info and a link to track your order in the email you receive when your order is shipped. This will also display on the orders page in your account.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Unfortunately, our fulfillment company, Printful, does not offer any refunds unless they have made a mistake. Read Printful’s refund policy.
